Reviews and Ratings
I had an amazing time at the hotel, especially with the special movie night theme featuring Santa and his elves, hot chocolate, and cookies followed by a delightful visit from Santa to my room. The rooms were spacious, attractive, and had been recently upgraded since my last visit many years ago. They were conveniently situated near the stairs, making it easy to move around.
The hotel rooms were large, clean, and comfortable, providing a lovely and warm stay, although it took a while to cool down. The service was great, making us feel well looked after. The location was pleasant and suited our needs perfectly, being close to various attractions. The dining experience offered plenty of choices but fell short of high expectations. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service and some minor drawbacks.
